I have bought the u shaped pillow. 10 days back it was delivered it to me. Even though the pillow was good, for my body I couldn’t adapt to the pillow and felt uncomfortable after started using it. When I reach out to customer care within two days after the product was delivered in numerous ways, I contacted them to return the product in all the ways possible. There was no communication from their side. I couldn’t return the product. Now I feel it is the kind of giving them promise of returning the product and not contacting back, so we cannot return the product. It was so disappointing and dissatisfying to make customers like this.
Please please arrange pickup for return of my product. Not able to get your response.
Worst service! I have mailed , called and messaged on instagram to return the pillow but no one is taking action.

I tried reaching out to the team over email and WhatsApp for a return and no one responded.
Please note that your service should be as important as sales as well. You are just looking into sales and not even responding customers after sales which is a true violation of your service promises.
