It helped me with the back ache. I was having severe back ache during my pregnancy till sixth month and was unable to sleep. Thats when I found this pillow and it helped with back ache.
The pillow has definitely help me sleep better... The cushioning effect is good. I had purchased a U shaped pillow and it has been almost right for my height.. it would have been great if few more inches were there so we get a proper ankle support. However it's difficult if you use it like shown with head on top. The height is too much for me and it caused neck pain.. so I'm using it the other way to avoid that.
